The innovation center has won numerous tenders and today operates several departments that have narrowed this critical gap and laid the groundwork for broad, meaningful technology adoption across the industry. These dedicated departments are led by the Engineering, Implementation and Financing Department, which prevents contractors, developers and other industry participants from having to experiment independently with factories around the world and encounter frustration during implementation / incompatibility with Israeli construction methods / regulatory delays in importing robotics to Israel / customs delays and Standards Institute approvals / financing challenges / difficulties receiving training and support from manufacturers worldwide, and more.

We invite entrepreneurs, contractors, and strategic partners to join us, evaluate technologies, learn, and lead the revolution in the field.
Spanning an area of 2,000 sqm, the complex was founded with a clear objective: to constitute a live arena for the implementation, evaluation, and development of the most advanced technologies in the construction sector. The facility was designed as an integrated work environment providing solutions for the entire construction industry value chain.
A dedicated arena for testing and implementing robotic solutions in real-world conditions – aimed at improving efficiency, precision, and safety on the construction site. A Startup Hub: A technological incubator that enables entrepreneurs and ConTech companies to test their technologies "on the block," receive field feedback, and refine their developments during early stages.
Advanced classrooms combining theoretical training with hands-on practical experience. We are training the next generation of the construction industry to work with the tools and technologies that will shape Israel’s future construction sites.
